It’s understandable that – sometimes – you might not wish to be tagged in certain Facebook photos or posts, no matter the reason. So, here’s a quick rundown of how to untag yourself on Facebook in any user photo or post:
If you’re dealing with a large number of posts, you can do something else that’s not so time-consuming:
Keep in mind that removing yourself from a Facebook tag doesn’t mean the photo/post you’re tagged in will be deleted. It will still be visible and show up on people’s News Feeds.
