How to pull out the Payment Advice Report (September 2015 and before)?

To pull out the payment advise report before September 2015, follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD AR Inquiry

B) Click on Requests

C) Click on the Run and then click on ok

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd v” and click on enter

F) Select the “SD Vendor Payment details report”

G) Enter the details like date range, account name(customer) and in the payment term select as “Immediate” and in email section select as “no”

(Note: If you want to fetch the payment advice according to the payment cycle as COD and NCOD then select “Transaction Type” as COD or NCOD else leave it blank).

How to pull out the Payment Advice Report?

Ans: To pull out the payment advise report after September 2015(i.e. October and October onward), follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD Seller Inquiry

B) Click on Seller Invoice Inquiry

C) Click on “Invoices”

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd p” and click on enter

F) Select the “SD Payment advise report”

G) Enter the details like date range, Customer Name as “Account Name” and in the payment, term select the payment cycle of seller account(ex. 3+3 ship) and in email section select as “no”

(Note: If you want to fetch the payment advice according to the payment cycle like COD and NCOD then select “Transaction Type” as COD or NCOD else leave it blank).

How to pull out the commission Invoice before September?

To pull out the commission invoice before September month, follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD AR Inquiry

B) Click on Request

C) Click on the Run and then click on ok

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd i” and click on enter

F) Select the “SD Invoice Print Report(June 2014 Onwards) option

G) Enter the details like date range, Customer Name as “Account Name” and payment term as “Immediate” and email as “No”.

How to pull out the commission Invoice after September?

Ans: To pull out the commission invoice after September month (i.e. October and October onward), follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD Seller Inquiry

B) Click on Seller Invoice Inquiry

C) Click on “Invoices”

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd i” and click on enter

F) Select the “SD AR Commission invoice report”

OR Enter the parameters as “sd ar”

G) Enter the details like Customer Name as “Account name”, select payment cycle, date as “Monthly” then enter the date range of the month, select email as “No” and Organization as “Jasper Infotech Pvt. Ltd”.

How to pull out the master report before September month?

Ans: To pull out the master report before September month, follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD AR Inquiry

B) Click on Request

C) Click on the Run and then click on ok

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd p” and click on enter

F) Select the “SD Payment Details Report”

G) Enter the details like date range, account name(Vendor Name) then click on OK

How to pull out the master report after September month?

Ans: To pull out the master report after September month(i.e. October and October onward), follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD Seller Inquiry

B) Click on Seller Invoice Inquiry

C) Click on “Invoices”

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd s” and click on enter

F) Select the “SD Seller payment details report”

G) Enter the details like “Vendor name” as the Account name and Date Range then click on OK

How to pull the Debtor Ledger Report(Commission Invoice Breakup before September months)?

Ans: To pull out the Debtor Ledger Report before September month, follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD AR Inquiry

B) Click on Request

C) Click on the Run and then click on ok

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd a” then select “SD AR Debtor Ledger Report”

F) Enter the details like Date range, Party Name as “Account Name” and Organization Name as “Jasper Infotech Private Limited” then click on “OK”.

How to pull Ledger Report (Commission Invoice Breakup)?

Ans: To pull out the Ledger Report follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD Seller Inquiry

B) Click on Seller Invoice Inquiry

C) Click on “Invoices”

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd ap” and click on enter

F) Select “SD AP Seller Ledger Report”

G) Enter the details like Date range, Party Name as “Account Name” and Organization Name as “Jasper Infotech Private Limited”  then click on “OK”.

How to pull AP Invoice Report (payments status according to the payment cycle-wise)?

Ans: To pull out the AP Invoice Report follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD Seller Inquiry

B) Click on Seller Invoice Inquiry

C) Click on “Invoices”

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd ap” and click on enter

F) Select the “SD AP Invoice Report-CSV format”

G) Enter the details as date range, From Seller Name as “Account Name” and Organization Name as “Jasper Infotech Private Limited” then click on OK

How to check the payment of the seller account is on hold or not?

Ans: To check payment of the seller account is on hold or not, follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD Seller Inquiry

B) Click on the “Supplier View”

C) Enter the “Supplier Name” as the account name and then click on “go” option

D) Select “Key Payment Setup” and find the payment hold reason

E) See the check box is mark or not on top right hold reason as “Hold from payment”

F) If the tick mark is there then still the payment is kept on hold.

How to pull out the ageing report?

Ans: To pull out the ageing report, follow the below steps:

A) Click on the SD Seller Inquiry

B) Click on Seller Invoice Inquiry

C) Click on “Invoices”

D) Click on the submit new request

E) Enter the parameter as “sd a” and click on enter

F) Select the “SD AP Ageing Details Report”

G) Enter the account name in “Party Name” and As of date as “current date” then click on enter

H) After clicking on enter, click on the submit value and then select as “No” option

I) Click on find then finally refresh and the details on clicking the request ID.
